Our Mission
The Mission of Hard Away Hounds is to provide high quality hunting in a welcoming environment. We especially encourage those new to hunting to join us and are flexible about the type of horse, tack and clothes for newcomers. We hunt in all weather conditions from blistering heat to blowing blizzards and have never canceled a hunt for weather (although will delay in lightning is in the area)
Guests
Guests are welcome and can contact us , they are allowed to "cap" twice at $50 a hunt ($20 for students) before deciding if they want to become a member.
Accommodations and paddocks may be available on a first come first served basis.
Normally a hunt is followed by a potluck tailgate and we encourage bringing a dish to pass.
